空间飞行条件下带涂层锥壳的热分析
Thermal Analysis of Cone-shell Structure with Coating Material in Space Flight
【摘要】 研究具有不同涂层的锥壳在空间飞行时的热问题。建立夜昼飞行时的热分析模型,给出确定热载荷工况的计算公式,通过有限元方法求解该瞬态热问题,计算得到了特征点的温度历程曲线和辐射热流量历程曲线,分析表明锥壳夜间飞行时的热平衡温度和表面涂层性质无关,白天段锥壳平衡温度和涂层太阳光吸收率与红外发射率的比值有关。
【Abstract】 The thermal problem of cone-shell structure with different coating materials in space flight is researched in this paper.The thermal analysis model is established,and the thermal loads are given,when the structure flights from night to day in space.Thus,this transient thermal problem can be solved by using finite element method.In addition,the curves about special points and radiation heat flux are obtained.The results show that the equilibrium temperatures at night is independent of coating material properties,and the equilibrium temperature in day rely on the ratio of coating sun absorptivity to infrared emissivity.
