碳钢表面TiO2涂层的光电化学性能研究
Photo-potential properties of TiO2 coating on carbon steel
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法在碳钢表面制备TiO2涂层,研究不同种类溶胶、涂层层数和涂层热处理温度对其光电化学性能的影响。结果表明,在光线照射下覆有TiO2涂层的碳钢的电极电位有明显下降,当涂层层数为4层、热处理温度为400℃时电位最低,下降幅度达到250 mV左右。试验结果还表明,实验室自制溶胶比工业溶胶制备的TiO2涂层具有更低的电位,且TiO2涂层的光电性能有明显的滞留效应。由此可见,TiO2涂层能对碳钢起到有效的阴极保护作用。
【Abstract】 The photo electrochemical behavior of TiO2 coating on carbon steel prepared by sol-gel technique is studied,and the effects of different solutions,coating layers and heat treatment on the photo-potential properties of the coating are discussed.The results show that the photo-effect of TiO2 coating is very obvious on carbon steel.When the coating is 4 layers with 400 ℃ heat treatment,the polarization potential is the lowest,and the loss of polarization potential is about 250 mV.It is also found that the effect of self-made TiO2 solution is more obvious than industrial solution and the photo-potential effect is preserved for a long time.It is thus concluded that the cathode protection for carbon steel under sunshine is possible with TiO2 coating.
