BaSnO3热敏电阻器电学性能的研究

【摘要】 介绍了以BaCO3和SnO2粉料为主原料,SiO2、Bi2O3和Sb2O3为助烧剂,Ta2O5为施主掺杂改性剂,Na与Mn无机盐为受主掺杂改性剂,采用传统固相反应法制备BaSnO3的半导体陶瓷的方法。经测试与分析可知,该半导体陶瓷的相对密度高达理论密度的97%。通过对样品电学性能的初步研究,发现该样品具有NTC效应。

【Abstract】 This article introduced the method of preparing the BaSnO3 semiconductor ceramics as the raw material with BaCO3 and the SnO2 powder,the burner with SiO2,Bi2O3 and Sb2O3,Ta2O5 donor doped modifer,Na and the Mn inorganic salt for the acceptor doping modifier by the traditional solid phase reaction process.The relative density of this semiconductor ceramics reached as high as theory density 97% by testing and analyzing.It was discovered that this sample has the NTC effect through to the sample electricity performance preliminary research.
