【摘要】 在地方升本高校中,有一批以师范教育为主的高校随着高等教育大众化的发展开始进入综合化过程中。如何在这一过程中改革传统的师范教育,适应现代教师教育体制改革要求,不断提升教师教育水平,是地方升本高校综合化面临的一个紧迫任务。本文分析了此类高校在这一过程中的资源优势和不足,提出了新的教师教育模式,为解决综合化趋势中的教师教育问题提供了可资借鉴的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Among the colleges for undergraduate courses upgraded from regional colleges,a group of those based on teacher education are beginning their comprehensive development with the popularization of higher education.How to reform the traditional teacher education in order to adapt to the requirement for mode reform of modern teacher education and to improve teacher education level is an urgent task for the comprehensive development of those colleges for undergraduate courses upgraded from regional colleges.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of those colleges in this process,put forward a new mode for teacher education and provides useful inspirations to solve the problems existing in the teacher education in the comprehensive development.更多还原
