【Abstract】 Tacit knowledge transferred and shared rapidly among R&D groups is crucial for an enterprise to develop new products and keep competitive advantage.By establishing a complex network model of knowledge transfer among R&D groups,this article analyzes influences of network attributes on knowledge level and speed of knowledge transfer.It also uses system simulation to test main parameters in the model.The results of this article indicate the knowledge transfer process among R&D groups,and provide the enterprise with useful instructions and suggestions to effectively promote knowledge transfer among R&D groups.更多还原
