【摘要】 目的探讨支气管镜下联合介入治疗对结核性支气管狭窄的临床治疗价值。方法回顾性分析总结该院2002年1月～2005年12月采用支气管镜检查确诊并镜下联合介入治疗的50例结核性支气管狭窄患者的临床资料。结果联合采用镜下介入治疗显效22例(44%),有效20例(40%),有效率84%。结论支气管镜下联合介入治疗是治疗结核性支气管狭窄的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To discuss the clinical treatment value of endobronchial tub-erculosis scarry narrow under the bronchoscope.[Methods] Retrospectively analyzed the data of 50 cases with bronchial tuberculosis narrow,which were diagnosed and treated jointly under the bronchoscope in the hospital from January,2002 to December,2005.[Results] Jointly uses the following methods under the bronchoscope to treat reasonably showed that 22 examples were very succeeded(44%) and 20 cases were succeeded(40%),total effectiveness was 84%.[Conclusion] Bronchoscope treatment of the bronchial tuberculosis scar narrow is an effective way by reasonab using different kind of methods.更多还原
