【摘要】 系统采用DS18B20-PAR单总线工作方式和无需内部单独供电的寄生电源供电工作方式,解决了传统的测温系统硬件结构复杂、测温系统中的引线误差补偿问题。软件设计中采用多传感器Kalman滤波技术、软件容错技术,实现多信号的采集和数据处理。在长距离测量中,给出了系统硬件匹配中的改进意见。通过货仓应用,验证了系统硬件构成的可行性和优点。

【Abstract】 The 1-wire bus and the DS18B20-PAR’s parasite power circuit that allows the DS18B20-PAR to operate without a local external power supply were adopted.The complexity of hardware configuration and the problem of error compensation of lead wire were avoided.The multi-sensor technique based on Kalman filter and the fault tolerant technique were adopted.Finally,signal acquisition and data processing were realized.The mend of hardware matching was given in a long distance measurement.By using it in the storage,the feasibility and merit of the system were confirmed.
