【摘要】 目的建立RP-HPLC法龟鹿补肾丸中有效成分淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS(250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-水(27∶73),检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷线性范围0.0264~0.528μg/ml,r=0.9995(n=5);回收率为100.17%(n=5),RSD为1.0%。结论测定方法简便、稳定,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of icariin content,the effective component of Guilubushen pills.Methods The isolation was conducted on a Hypersil ODS column(250 mm×4.0 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrol-water(27∶73),the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The content of icariin showed good linearity in the range of 0.0264～0.528 μg /ml,r=0.9995(n=5),and the average recovery was 100.17%(n=5),RSD was 1.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,stable,and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.更多还原
