【摘要】 五年制高职学生有许多优点,但在入学初期存在着学习目的不明确,文化课基础差,年龄小,独立生活能力和耐受挫折能力差,没有养成良好的行为规范等不足之处,造成管理难、教学难,其原因有学生自身、家庭、学校等多方面因素,学校应充分认识这些问题,研究探索五年制高职教育的规律,将培养学生良好的综合素质放在重要位置,采取积极有效措施,强化学生管理及教学工作,因材施教,保证和提高教育质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 5-year vocational college students have a lot of merits.However,in the initial stage of entrance to institutes,they usually have such problems as no clear aim of learning,a poor foundation of basic subjects, being very young,lack of independent ability and setback-bearing ability,not having formed proper behaviors,all of which surely add to the difficulty of both managing and teaching.Therefore,teachers of institutes must fully understand these problems and explore the law of 5-year vocational education,put the quality training to an important position,adopt active effective measures,strengthen students’ administration and the teaching job,teach students according to their aptitudes,so as to guarantee the improving of educational quality.更多还原
