【Abstract】 HERG/IKr plays an important role in repolarization of cardiac action potential. In pathological condition such as cardiac ischemia, congestive heart failure and myocardial hypertrophy, the density and kinetic properties of HERG/IKr will change. This review is about modulation of HERG/IKr in pathological condition and effect of traditional chinese medicine on HERG/IKr.更多还原
