【Abstract】 Construction of socialist harmonious society is a strategy for improving the headship of the CPC and putting into effect of the scientific development perspective and boosting economy development of our country under present situations.Viewed from system theory,social system is dependent on the support of function system of the government in order to realize the harmony of the whole and achieve development.The paper focuses on probing into the way to construct function system of the government while makes a deeper research on the government function system construction.更多还原
