【Abstract】 While the economic development of business districts is closely related to the government’s functions of macro-regulation,supervision and public service,the governmental functions of business districts depend on establishing the models of administration and service.This paper holds that,it is helpful to building the harmonious business district to straighten out the relation between the government of business district and related functional departments and enterprises,to develop different kinds of enterprise guild and to set up a platform of effective cooperation among government,enterprise and society in order to create a better soft environment for the economic development of business districts.更多还原
