【Abstract】 From the philosophical field,this paper formulates definitions on the connotations of new-period scientific and technological innovations and the subject in institutions of higher learning.Scientific and technological innovations in colleges and universities not only refer to scientific researches and the formation of scientific and technical achievements,but comprise the transformation process of the achievements as well.Besides their teachers and students,the subject includes their sci-tech administrative departments,enterprises and intermediary institutions.To promote scientific and technological innovations in our colleges and universities,we must hold fast to and focus on the key elements of teachers and students,give full play to the roles of different principal parts and achieve their coordination.更多还原
