【摘要】 目的研究长期使用视屏显示终端(VDT)对视觉系统的影响。方法对75例长期VDT操作者进行问卷调查和眼科检查,记录其注视视屏操作史、临床症状、屈光状态、结膜炎症、角膜荧光染色、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(STⅠ)、每日视屏操作时间。分析VDT操作者的症状、视屏操作史、每日VDT时间与屈光状态、结膜炎症、角膜荧光染色、泪液分泌功能的相关关系。结果患者注视视屏操作史为(7.6±4.6)年,每日注视VDT(7.3±3.4)h,88.0%(66/75)VDT操作者是操作计算机者。眼部症状以眼干(49例)和疲劳感(61例)为最多见。眼部体征多表现为BUT时间缩短(68/75),81.3%(61/75)患者符合干眼症诊断标准。患者症状严重程度与每日VDT时间、每日计算机操作时间、操作计算机开始疲劳时间和看电视开始疲劳时间有关(P<0.01),与患者的注视视屏操作史、屈光状态和泪液分泌无关(P>0.05);但开始疲劳时间与每日视屏操作时间、看电视开始疲劳时间、双眼近视度数、STI和年龄有相关关系(P<0.05)。结论VDT操作者多为工作中长时间使用计算机的人群。VDT症状严重程度与每日VDT使用方式有关,可通过改善VDT使用者的职业卫生环境和适当使用替代疗法来缓解不适。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of long-term use of video display terminals(VDT)on visual system.Methods Eye examinations and questionnaires were performed in 75 cases with long-term VDT usage.The data gathered include history of usage VDT,clinical symptoms,refraction,conjunctivitis,corneal fluorescence staining,tear film break-up time(BUT),tear secretion test(Schirmer test Ⅰ,ST I),and continuing operation times of VDT.The relationship between VDT operator symptoms,and the history of working with VDT,the relationship between daily VDT usage and refraction,conjunctivitis,corneal fluorescence staining,and tear secretion were also analyzed.Results VDT operating history of the cases was(7.6±4.6)years and working hours with VDT were(7.3±3.4)per day.88%(66/75)of the cases were VDT operators.Dry eye(49 cases)and fatigue(61 cases)were the most common,BUT became shorter(66/75),and corneal staining was observed to be positive(35/75).ST I showed tear secretion reduced(34/85).81.3%(61/75)of the cases accorded with the dry eye diagnostic criteria.The severity of symptoms in the cases were relevant to daily VDT time and fatigue time(P<0.01)but not significantly relevant to history of the VDT,refraction and tear secretion(P>0.05).Fatigue time,visual acuity,the degrees of myopia and tear secretion test were correlated with the age(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of VDT operators are those who worked with computers for a long time.The severity of the VDT symptoms is related to the usage of daily VDT.VDT operators can reduce the risk of VDT symptoms by improving occupational environment and using appropriate alternative therapies to relieve discomfort.更多还原
