【摘要】 目的:总结15例年幼儿先天性脊柱侧凸Ⅰ期前后路半椎体切除术护理。方法:15例患者均进行CT及MRI检查,术前肺功能训练,术后轴向翻身技术及体位护理、病情观察、饮食指导、和功能锻炼等综合护理。结果:15例均顺利完成手术,手术疗效显著,未出现严重护理并发症。结论:重视年幼儿先天性脊柱侧凸Ⅰ期前后路半椎体切除术围手术期的每一项综合护理,是手术顺利及术后早日康复的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the nursing of one-stage anteroposterior hemi-vertebral resection and segmental internal fixation in 15 young children. Methods:All patients had both CT and MRI examinations.The synthesis nursing,such as lung function training before operation, axial stands up torsion, observation of condition, instruction of diet and exercise of function are carried out in 15 young children.Results:The operation performed successful and no seriously complication. Conclusion:It is important role that taking care of every details of the nursing in one-stage anteroposterior hemi-vertebral resection and segmental internal fixation and for safety and early recovery.更多还原
