【摘要】 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF),E-钙粘素(E-cadherin,E-cd)及黏附分子CD44的变构体CD44V6在乳腺癌中的表达与淋巴转移及临床分期的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测53例乳腺癌中,VEGF、E-cd、CD44V6的表达情况。结果:53例乳腺癌组织中,VEGF、E-cd、CD44V6的阳性表达率分别为79.2%(42/53)、64.2%(34/53)、64.2%(34/53),VEGF及CD44V6的阳性率与淋巴转移和临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05),而E-cd的表达则与淋巴转移和TNM临床分期呈负相关,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF、CD44V6在乳腺癌中的过度表达及E-cd的下调表达在乳腺癌的发生、发展中可能协同起作用,并可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF、E-cd and CD44V6 in breast cancer and explore their correlation to lymphatic metastasis and different clinical TNM stages. Methods:The expression of VEGF,E-cd and CD44V6 in 53 cases of breast cancer was respectively detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rates of VEGF,E-cd and CD44V6 in 53 samples of breast cancer were 79.2%,64.2% and 64.2% respectively.The positve rates of VEGF and CD44V6 were positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis and clinical TNM stages(P<0.05).However,a significant negative correlation was found between the expression of E-cd and lymphatic metastasis and chinical TNM stages(P<0.05). Conclusion:The orer expression of VEGF and CD44V6 and down-regulation of E-cd in breast cancer may be cooperative effects in the occurence and development of breast cancer,and they could be used as an important biologic marker for breast cancer.更多还原
