【摘要】 目的:对低浓度的对乙酰氨基酚注射剂进行改进。方法:以对比实验的方法,得出溶解对乙酰氨基酚最佳混合溶媒,并对其进行含量测定和稳定性的研究。结果:本实验通过对乙酰氨基酚的工艺研究生产出了25%的对乙酰氨基酚注射剂。结论:该工艺研究科学合理,可行性强,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve paracetamol Injection solution of low concentration. Methods:Attained optimal mixed solvent of paracetamol through comparison experiment,determined its content and studied its stability.
