【摘要】 目的:探讨内固定术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法:对25例(28足)Sanders分型Ⅱ～Ⅳ型骨折患者采用骨折切开复位、钢板内固定手术治疗,其中2足Ⅳ型骨折一期行距下关节融合术,8足骨缺损明显者取自体髂骨移植。结果:本组25例患者随防时间4～28个月,平均(16.7±6.2)个月。按照Maryland足部评分标准评价手术效果:优13足,良11足,可4足,优良率为85.7%(24/28)。并发皮肤坏死1足,切口拐角处皮缘坏死感染2足,复位不良、骨不连、钢板断裂1足。结论:内固定术治疗跟骨关节内骨折能有效恢复跟骨解剖结构,是跟骨关节内骨折较为理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the treatment of intra-articular fracture of heel bone with internal fixation.Methods:25 patients(28 feet) with intra-articular fracture of heel bone classified into types Ⅱ～Ⅳ by Sanders standard were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.Among them,2 feet of type Ⅳ were treated with fusion of subtalar joint,8 feet with obvious bone defect were treated with autoallergic illium transplantation.Results:25 patients were followed up for 4 to 28 months,the average was 16.7±6.2 months.According to Maryland standard,the excellent and fine rate was 85.7%.Cutaneous necrosis occurred in 1 case,necrosis and infestation of skin occurred in 2 cases,malreduction and steel breakage occurred in 1 patients.Conclusion:Internal fixation can effectively recover the anatomic structure of calcaneal bone.It is an effective treatment for the intra-articular fracture of heel bone.更多还原
