【摘要】 目的:观察东莨菪碱与维生素E联合治疗新生儿硬肿症的疗效。方法:在常规治疗基础上加用东莨菪碱静脉滴入与维生素E局部按摩,观察两组患儿在5天内和大于5天硬肿消退的例数。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组硬肿消退时间明显短于对照组(χ2=7.386,P<0.05)。结论:东莨菪碱与维生素E联合治疗新生儿硬肿症是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect of scopolamine combined with vitamin E in scleredema neonatorum.Methods:The patients were divided randomly into two groups,the control group and the treatment group.The first group was treated routimely,while the second group,besides routime treatment,was treated by intervenous drip scopolamine and local vitamin E massage on the affected parts.The swelling subsiding cases of both groups were closely observed within five days and over five days.Results:In comparison with the control group,the treatment group recovered more rapidly,that is,the time for the swelling to subside got apparently shorter(χ2=7.386,P<0.05).Conclusion:It’s a safe and effective way to use scopolamine combined with vitamin E in the treatment of scleredema neonatorum.更多还原
