【摘要】 目的对名老中医干祖望教授治疗肺热型变应性鼻炎的经验方清热脱敏汤进行临床观察并研究其相关证候学基础。方法采用自身前后比较法,观察清热脱敏汤治疗肺热型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效,并探讨其证候学基础。结果90例观察对象中,显效26例(28.9%),有效58例(64.4%),无效6例(6.7%),总有效率为93.3%。结论清热脱敏汤是治疗肺热型变应性鼻炎有效的复方,该证型的诊断依据包括鼻黏膜充血,舌红或淡红,苔黄或薄黄等表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingre Tuomin Decoction (QTD),invented by Professor Zuwang Gan,on allergic rhinitis (AR) at the Lung-heat pattern and to investigate the semeiologi- cal basis for this kind of therapy in term of TCM based on a clinical study.Methods With a self-comparison study on the changes in clinical manifestation before and after treatment,the theraputic effect of QTD was in- vestigated among a gYoup of cases with AR at the Lung-heat pattern treated by this decoction.Then,the se- meiological basis for this kind of therapy was explored through this clinical study.Results Among the 90 cas- es with Lung-heat pattern AR,26 (28.9%) were significantly effective,58(64.4%) effective,and 6 (6. 7 %) ineffective,with a total effective rate at 93.3 %.Conclusions Qingre Tuomin Decoction is one of the effective compound formulae for the treatment of Lung-heat pattern allergic rhinitis and the diagnostic indica- tors for such a pattern of AR may include congestion in the nasal mucosa,red or reddish tongue,yellow or thin yellowish fur and some other associated symptoms.更多还原
