【摘要】 目的建立血细胞显微镜复检标准,保证血细胞分析结果的准确性。方法根据门诊化验室具体情况依据五分类血液分析仪检测结果制定血细胞显微镜复检标准,通过对8125例标本结果的数据分析,评价标准的可行性。结果SF-3000血液分析仪检测的8125例标本中,1991例(24.5%)标本需要复检,其中548例(27.5%)标本复检确认存在各种异常。结论制定血细胞显微镜复检标准,可以提高血液学分析质量,有利于临床诊断和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the standard of repeating inspection of hemocyte with microscope,and ensure the analytic result of hemocyte exactly.Methods The standard of repeating inspection was established basing on the concrete condition of the laboratory and the detection result of blood analyser which was classified to five categories.The feasibility of the standar was estimated by data analysis of 8 125 blood examples.Results In 8 125 examples which were detected by SF-3000 blood analyser,1 991 examples(24.5%) needed inspecting again,and 548 examples(27.5%) were affirmed existing various kinds abnormality.Conclusion To establish the standard of repeating inspection of hemocyte with microscope can improve the quality of blood analysis and has advantage of clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
