一种新型消声器的正交试验与设计
Orthogonal Test and Design of a New Silencer
【摘要】 本文探讨了消声器设计与正交试验。通过正交试验和试验分析,正确选取消声器参数,试制出性能较好的消声器样品。新试制的消声器各项性能均优于原机消声器。结果表明:正交试验能够节省研制费用、时间和工作量,并且可以优化消声器的设计。
【Abstract】 This paper covers the design and orthogonal test of silencer.Via orthogonal test and test analysis,Choosing the parameter of silencer rightly,we had trial-manufactured the silencer of preferable performances.The new and trial-manufactured silencer excelled the silencer of original machine on each item of performances.The result indicates that orthogonal test can economize trial-manufactured expenditure,time and work load,and optimize the design of silencer.
