剑麻增强再生塑料复合建筑模板的制备

【摘要】 采用剑麻纤维及织物与PVC再生塑料基体复合制备复合建筑模板,并研究了剑麻纤维含量、剑麻织物排布、模压工艺条件对复合建筑模板力学性能的影响。结果表明,当剑麻纤维用量为24%时,所制备的复合建筑模板的力学性能较好;织物采用经向排布增强时建筑模板的力学性能更好。最佳制备工艺参数为:模压温度185℃,模压压力8MPa,模压时间15min。

【Abstract】 Complex building moulding board is prepared by recombination of sisal fiber and textile fabric with PVC regenerated plastic matrix. And effects of sisal fiber contentarrangement of sisal fabric and process conditions of mould pressing on mechanical properties of complex building moulding board are studied. The results indicate that the mechanical properties are improved most obviously when the content of sisal fiber is 24%; the mechanical properties of building moulding board are so much the better when the fabric is reinforced by warp direction arrangement. The optimal process parameters are molding temperature 185 ℃, molding pressure 8 MPa and molding time 15 min.
