硅溶胶的有机化改性及其在胶粘剂中的应用
Organize modification of silica sol and its application in adhesives
【摘要】 采用溶剂转化法和硅烷偶联剂,对亲水性硅溶胶进行有机化改性。与传统的短链偶联剂(如KH560、KH570)相比,使用长链聚醚型硅烷偶联剂改性的纳米SiO2粒子,能够在环氧树脂或聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶粘剂中得到良好的分散,并形成柔性的界面层,从而能够显著提高胶粘剂的粘接强度。
【Abstract】 Hydrophilic silica sol was organize modified by silane coupling agents(SCA) through solvent-phase-transfer method.Compared with 3-glycidylpropyl-trimethyloxyl silane(KH560)and 3-(methacryloxypropyl)-trimethoxy silane(KH570),nano silica particles modified by long-chain polyether type SCA showed a better performance in dispersion in organic matrix,both epoxy resin and acrylic ester and formed better flexible interface,thus adhesive strength was dramatically increased.
