PLM环境下BOM多视图映射技术研究
Research on BOM multi-views mapping technology in PLM
【摘要】 产品全生命周期管理(Product Lifecycle Management,PLM)是制造业一种全新的信息管理理念,在PLM环境下,物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM)是使各个分系统有效集成的主线。产品BOM在其生命周期的不同应用领域有不同的数据视图,如何确保各BOM视图之间的数据完整、正确及一致性,是实现PLM的关键。基于这种需要,对BOM多视图映射技术进行了研究。通过定义分析设计物料清单(EBOM)、工艺物料清单(PPBOM)、制造物料清单(MBOM)及其相互关系,建立了BOM结构数学模型。在此基础上,结合虚拟部件、中间部件和外协部件的映射规则,给出了BOM结构映射算法,实现了EBOM向PPBOM以及PPBOM向MBOM的转换。基于作业车间调度问题(JSP)开发了BOM管理系统,工程应用证明,BOM视图转换技术是有效可行的。
【Abstract】 PLM(Product Lifecycle Management),which is a new idea of information management of manufacturing industry,is presented.BOM(Bill of Material)is the key by which the subsystems in PLM are integrated.BOM has diverse data views in different application areas of product lifecycle.How to keep the data among BOM views integrate,accurate and consistent,is the main problem to realize PLM.BOM multi-views mapping technology is researched for this demand.Based on giving the definition of EBOM,PPBOM and MBOM,and analyzing the relationship between them,BOM structure model is established.By defining the mapping rules of virtual component,middle component and collaborative component,an algorithm for BOM structure mapping is proposed.Thus,the reconfiguration from EBOM to PPBOM and PPBOM to MBOM could be realized.Finally,a BOM management system is provided,which indicates the validity and feasibility of this method.
