LaCrO3-ZrO2材料的性能和显微结构
Microstructure and Performance of LaCrO3-ZrO2 Materials
【摘要】 讨论了LaCrO3-ZrO2材料的性能和显微结构。通过测定试样的体积密度、热震性、常温电阻率,并借助电镜观察、微区分析等手段,对LaCrO3-ZrO2烧结材料的显微结构性进行了探讨。结果表明,在LaCrO3材料中,添加氧化锆后,对烧结体的抗热震性,电阻率及其显微结构均有一定的影响。可使材料烧结体的结构致密,晶粒发育良好且大小均匀,常温电阻率增加,热震稳定性改善。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and performance of LaCrO3-ZrO2 materials have been studied by measuring the bulk density,resistivity and thermal shock resistance of specimens and using SEM and ED micro-zone analyzing.The results indicate that the addition of ZrO2 in LaCrO3 can help sintering material obtain good bulk density,the crystal growth is good and crystal grain dimension is well-proportioned,the resistivity of specimens increases and thermal shock resistance of specimens is improved when zircona adding quantity increasing.
