3-氯-3-甲基-1-丁炔合成新方法
A New Synthetic Method of 3-Chloro-3-Methyl-1-Butyne
【摘要】 对3-氯-3-甲基-1-丁炔的新合成方法进行了研究.该方法以吡啶为溶剂和缚酸剂,以氯化锌为催化剂,通过2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇与二氯亚砜在0~5℃下反应,可生成31.2%的产物.并对粗产物进行了GC-MS分析.实验结果表明,采用该方法除得到目标产物外,仅生成了2种副产物.此外,对该反应的可能的反应历程进行了探讨.图3,表1,参14.
【Abstract】 A new synthetic method of 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne was introduced. It was synthesized in 31.2% yield at 0~5℃ from 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol and thionyl chloride with zinc chloride as catalyst, pyridine as solution and base. Then the GC-MS analysis of the unfined product was given, the result show that only twe vice-products is produced by this new synthesis method besides the target molecular. At last, the possible reaction mechanism is discussed. 3figs.,1tab.,14refs.
