航空客运舱位控制和超售综合动态建模研究
Integrated dynamic modeling of airline seat inventory control and overbooking
【摘要】 研究航空公司舱位控制和超售的综合动态建模问题,试图为航空公司实现订座实时控制提供方法和技术支持.首先根据几个假设条件将航班订座过程模拟成马尔可夫生灭过程,建立了航班单一舱位订座的动态规划模型.然后将这一模型推广应用到多等级舱位订座控制中,提出了并行控制和串行控制两种动态控制模型.最后通过实例分析详细讨论了模型的实际应用效果,以验证建立的模型的正确性和计算方法的有效性.
【Abstract】 The integrated dynamic modeling of seat inventory control and overbooking for airline revenue management is studied in this paper.Firstly,flight seat reservation process is simulated as a Markov birth-and-death process based on a few assumptions given in this paper,so that an integrated dynamic programming model of seat reservation for single-class seat inventory flight is built up.Then,the model is extended to multi-class seat inventory control situation,and a sequential control model and a parallel control model are proposed.Finally,some instances are analyzed in detail to show the effectiveness of the decision models.
