【Abstract】 Conflicts often occur when universities set up goals of fostering talents.The essence of these conflicts is between general education and professional education.Both two kinds of education should be integrated scientifically so as to combine and balance the value of subjectivity and the value of functions;the sprit of human science and nature science;the training for knowledge and specialized skills;the education for intellectual and personality;as well as the visible influence and the invisible influence.These are not only the objectives of university educational integration but also the effective ways to develop all-around free and harmonjous men.更多还原
