【摘要】 国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱和重要基础,国有企业改革是我国经济体制改革的中心环节。我国十几年的国有企业改制已有很大进展:国有企业数量下降,收入、资产收益上升,小型国有企业改制面已达80%,改制和资产优化重组结合推进,企业制度和资产结构同时改善。但国有企业改制的一些方向性和结构性的问题仍然存在,因此借鉴发达国家国有企业改制的成功经验,深入研究我国国有企业改制,具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 State-owned enterprises are the base of our national economy,and its restructuring remains the key to economic regime.A dozen of years have witnessed a great progress in the reform:decreased number of enterprises brought about the increase of income and asset;restructuring scope of small-sized one amounted to 80%;the work of changing regime run together with optimism of asset;enterprise system and asset structure all have improved a lot.However,there are problems in overall thinking of reform and governing structure.So we could study our reforming through drawing foreign experience,which has an important meaning in practice.更多还原
