【摘要】 随着我国出境旅游的迅速发展,中国旅游者的"不文明行为"也成了海内外舆论关注的焦点。究其原因,既有生理心理因素、社会历史因素的影响,也有自然经济因素和环境教育因素的影响。笔者认为,矫治这些"不文明行为,"应该:坚持常规教育,培育文明素养;健全法制体系,增强监管力度;做好广泛宣传,尊重别国习俗;搞好旅游管理,增加旅游设施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Chinese oversea tour,Chinese travelers’ impolite behaviors have become the focus of the media at home and abroad.This phenomenon may be influenced by psychological,physiological,social,historical,natural,economical and environmental factors.In the opinion of the author,these impolite behaviors can be corrected by the measures including regular education about the civilized touring,cultivating the civilized qualities,completing the legal system,strengthening the supervision,wide propaganda,respecting the customs and habits of the foreign countries,better management of the touring market,and increasing the traveling equipments.更多还原
