【Abstract】 The protection of press freedom includes ascertaining its reasonable boundaries of rights and earnestly protecting those rights.This paper puts forward that the rational protection of press freedom is the core of news legislation,analyzes the conditions of legal guarantees to the press freedom and its deficiency in our country,and then,compared with current news laws,this paper discusses how to protect press freedom more efficiently in the process of improving news laws,especially in the process of perfecting news legislation.更多还原
