【Abstract】 This paper reported the effects of different vase solutions on the vase life of cut rose(Black Magic).We determinded,fresh weight,the diameter of flower bud,chlorophyll content,the activity of catalase and membrane permeability.The results indicated the best prescription of extented vase life of cut rose was C(5 % S+200 mg/L 8-HQC+25 mg/L STS+350 mg/L CoCl2·6H2O) treatment.更多还原
