【摘要】 目的建立宁夏农村地区癫痫的防治和管理有效模式,并逐步向其它农村地区推广。方法采取整群抽样方法,选择宁夏农村地区140个乡,共计378.6万人群。通过对县、乡、村医生的专业培训,筛选惊厥性癫痫患者,采用苯巴比妥单药免费治疗,分别在第3、6、9和12个月对其疗效进行评估。结果培训了172名县、乡、村医生。确诊为惊厥性癫痫患者2907例。治疗效果:79%发作次数明显减少,59%发作终止,副作用随疗程的延长而减少。结论宁夏农村地区癫痫的防治和管理模式是有显著成效的,该防治管理模式对常见、多发慢性疾病在中国农村地区防治管理值得借鉴。苯巴比妥单药治疗惊厥性癫痫发作,疗效肯定,副作用少、价廉、方便,适合在农村贫困地区广泛应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up mode of management,prevention and cure on epilepsy among rural population in NingXia by primary medical care system,then extend toward others rural regions.Methods Doctors in county, countryside and villege level were trained how to screen,diagnose,prevention and treat epilepsy among 140 country- sides and 3,786 thousand rural populations in Ningxia.cluster sampling was adopted to screen convulsibility epilep- tics,to freely treat with PB.Results 172 doctors was trained.2907 patients with convulsibility epileptics were di- agnosed.78% seizures was obviously decreased.59% seizures was ended.Conclusion Mode of management,pre- vention and cure off epilepsy among rural is effective in populations of NingXia.it is worth to make use of manage- ment,prevention and cure on many chronic diseases among rural areas in china.Curative effect of PB is positive and has few side effects.It is cheap and convenient for application and extention among rural regions.更多还原
