【摘要】 目的观察甲氨蝶呤(MTX)不同治疗方案对异位妊娠的疗效。方法选择192例异位妊娠药物保守治疗病例,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组:Ⅰ组采用MTX 20mg加5%葡萄糖注射液500mL静脉滴注5d;Ⅱ组采用MTX50mg/m2隔日分臀肌注2次;Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别同Ⅰ、Ⅱ组方案的同时均加用米非司酮450mg口服。结果Ⅰ组治愈率(72.92%)低于Ⅱ组(91.66%),P<0.01;Ⅲ组治愈率(75%)低于Ⅳ组(87.5%),P<0.01。治疗7d后血β-HCG下降率在Ⅰ和Ⅱ组、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组I、和III组I、I和IV组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用MTX 50mg/m2隔日肌注,比分次静脉滴注方案疗效好,药物毒副反应轻,加用米非司酮并不增加疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical observations on the curative effect of different methotrexate treatment on ectopic pregnancy.Methods 192 cases with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳgroups: groupⅠwith MTX 20mg and 5% glucose 500mL,iv 5days;groupⅡ with MTX 50mg/m2,im at the first and third day;group Ⅲ with MTX 20mg and 5% glucose 500mL,iv 5days and mifepristone taken orally;group IV with MTX 20mg and 5% glucose 500mL,iv 5days and mifepristone taken orally.Results Curative rate(72.92%) of group I was significantly lower than that(91.66 %) of group Ⅱ(P<0.01).Curative rate(75%) of group III was significantly lower than that(87.5 %) of group IV(P<0.01).The significant difference between group I and group II,group III and group IV,group II and group III,group I and group IV,respectively was found in the blood β-HCG descending rate.Conclusion Using MTX 50mg/m2 muscle inject every other day has a better effect and fewer side effects than vein-instillation of MTX.更多还原
