不同保色剂对干花颜色的影响
Effects of Different Color-Preserving Agents on the Color of Dry Flowers
【摘要】 以红色康乃馨花瓣为试验材料,配制几种不同保色剂,通过不同浓度和时间的浸泡处理,选取最佳的保色方法.另外以番樱桃、小叶榕和希茉莉的绿色叶片为材料,研究硫酸铜和乙酸锌等保色剂对3种表面结构不同的叶片颜色的影响.试验结果表明,以10%的氯化锡溶液处理8 h的康乃馨花瓣保色效果最好;在叶片的保色方面,表面具蜡被层的番樱桃叶片适宜用5%硫酸铜溶液的加热处理,表面具蜡质且内部含较多汁液的小叶榕叶片用5%硫酸铜溶液和7.5%的乙酸锌溶液浸泡处理均可取得较好的保绿效果,而表面具细密绒毛的希茉莉叶片则适合用5%硫酸铜溶液浸泡处理.
【Abstract】 Several color-preserving agents for red petals of carnation(Dianthus caryophyllus) were prepared and the best color-preserving method was selected by treating the petals with solutions of different concentrations and for different time duration.In addition,effects of the treatments with CuSO4 and Zn(CH3COO)2 on the leaves of Eugenia uniflora,Ficus microcarpa var.pusillifolia and Hamelia patins were studied.The results showed that the treatment with 10% SnCl4 solution for eight hours was best for the petals of D.caryophyllus;the heating treatment with 5% CuSO4 solution was best for the leaves of E.uniflora;which are coated with waxiness on the surface;the soaking treatments with 5% CuSO4 solution and 7.5% Zn(CH3COO)2 solution were best for leaves of F.microcarpa var.pusillifolia;which are coated with waxiness on the surface and have much juice in the interior;the soaking treatment with 5%CuSO4 solution was best for the leaves of H.patens;which have compact tomenta on the surface.
