低温胁迫对小麦黄化苗转绿过程中生理生化指标的动力学研究

【摘要】 研究了低温(10℃)处理下小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)黄化苗叶片内脯氨酸、可溶性糖、蛋白质、MDA、叶绿素含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性变化.结果表明:低温逆境使小麦黄化苗内的脯氨酸含量、SOD、POD、CAT活性等指标在短时间内都有明显的下降,随着时间的延长相应指标有所上升,再表现出不同的变化趋势.与此同时,可溶性糖、蛋白质含量先升高,再降低,MDA含量增加而叶绿素含量降低.

【Abstract】 Changes in the contents of proline,soluble sugars, protein,MDA and chlorophyll and the activity of SOD,POD and CAT in etiolated wheat leaves at low temperature(10 ℃) were studied.The results showed that low temperature stress resulted in marked decrease in proline content and the activity of SOD,POD and CAT in etiolated wheat in a short time,which was followed by a moderate rise of the above indexes.At last,they showed different tendencies of change.At the same time,the contents of soluble sugars and protein rose firstly,followed by a decline.Low temperature stress enhanced the content of MDA and reduced the content of chlorophyll.
