【Abstract】 In order to assure the finite property of the residual lifetime entropy,it is followed from Jensen’ inequality that another method of the proof different to the one in [1],which makes the proof more concise than the one in [1],is given.In addition,the problem about the finite property of the residual entropy is discussed for a class of distributions dependent on a single parameter to get the conclusion that the derivative of the residual entropy with respect to the parameter can be controlled by the Fisher information.更多还原
