大鼠模拟运输应激的效果分析

【摘要】 为建立大鼠模拟运输应激模型,将雄性Sprague Dawley大鼠20只随机均分为对照组和实验组(n=10),其中实验组大鼠用TS-Ι型脱色摇床进行模拟运输应激实验.大鼠经100min(160rpm/min)摇摆后立即断头采血,对照组不给予任何处理断头采血,分析两组血清中葡萄糖浓度、肌酸激酶(Creatine Kinase,CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate Dehydrogenase,LDH)活性的变化情况.结果表明:实验组大鼠血清中葡萄糖浓度、CK活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组LDH活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05).以上结果提示,100min(160rpm/min)的摇床摇摆能显著影响大鼠血液生化指标,大鼠已产生应激反应.

【Abstract】 To build the model of simulated transportation stress on rats,20 male Sprague Dawley rats are divided randomly and evenly into control group and experimental group.The rats in the experimental group are given aimitated transportation experiment with TS-1 discolored cradle. After being swung for 100 minutes (160 rounds/minute),all rats are sampled immediately. Blood glucose,creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the serum are analyzed. The results show that blood glucose concentration and CK activity in the experimental group are significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) while LDH activity is significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The above results suggest that a 100-minute swinging (160 rounds/ minute) is able to affect blood biochemical parameters in rats,and the rats are in stress.
