关于医院管理中医学语言质量管理的思考

【摘要】 医学在长期的发展中已形成了鲜明的语体、语用特点,能否掌握这些特点,成为衡量医学语言使用水平高低的一个标准。高质量的语言表达表现为在言语过程中使用语言的规范性、准确性、得体性和充足信息量。使用高质量的医学语言指导帮助患者不仅是对医学工作者的职业要求,也是现代医学的要求。对医学语言质量的管理应该成为医院质量管理的一部分,医院在服务质量评价中也应该将医学语言质量的评价纳入评价体系中。

【Abstract】 Medical language has acquired a series of characteristics in terms of literal style and pragmatics in its long development and the mastery of these characteristics has become a standard by which the level of medical language usage can be judged.The high quality of language usage is manifested in its normativity,exactness,tactfulness and information adequacy.To use highquality medical language to guide and help the patients is not only a professional requirement for medical staff,but also a demand of the updated modern medicine.The management of the quality of medical language should also be included in the quality management of hospitals as a whole,therefore,in the evaluation of the service quality of a hospital,the evaluation of the quality of medial language should also be integrated into the overall evaluation system of hospitals.
