【摘要】 针对目前医学目的的现状,提出医学目的的认定与实施应该着重考虑的几个与伦理相关的方面:①加强公共卫生与医学的结合,重视公共卫生伦理学;②重视慢性病预防中的伦理问题;③治疗、照料和疾病管理同等重要;④注重生命质量的提高;⑤加强医学科普工作,避免医学科普的趋利化引发的伦理问题;⑥正确对待死亡,充分理解临终关怀的伦理意义;⑦医学目的的实现要与卫生改革实践相统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the status quo of medical purpose,this article comes up with the suggestions that cognition and implement of goals of medicine should be considered from the following aspects related to medical ethics:①strengthen the combination of public health and medicine;think much of public health ethics;②attach importance to ethical issues in chronic disease prevention;③medical treatment,nursing care and disease management should be emphasized with equal significance;④pay attention to improvement of quality of life;⑤enhance medical science popularization,avoid the ethical issues caused by the tendency of merely pursuing benefit;⑥treat death rightly;apprehend the ethical sense of terminal care;⑦unify the goals of medicine and healthcare reform.更多还原
