【摘要】 以新形势下推动农村社会经济发展,建设社会主义新农村为背景,运用社会调查与理论分析相结合的方法,简要阐述西部地区村镇居住区生活环境问题的重要性及基本现状,并且从定性及定量两个方面系统论述村镇生活环境优化处理方法,在此基础上多层面提出其相对独立区域内西部村镇小康居住区生活垃圾处理模式,针对提出的模式进行了可行性论证,同时也对提出的村镇小康居住区生活垃圾处理模式与原先生活垃圾处理方法进行了对比分析,得出这一处理模式是可行的,希望对今后进一步加快村镇小康居住区的建设提供启示及帮助,促进西部地区的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Set in the context of constructing socialist new conutryside to impel the rural development socially and econemicaUy,the paper explores the existing problems of the residential environment in the rural towns and villages of Western China by means of both the social investigation and the theoretical analysis.It also ex- plains the measures to solve the problems qualitatively and quantitatively.Based on the refined measures,a well-off community garbage disposal model has been put forth.The analysis on the feasibility of the model and the comparison of the new model with the ex-model has been performed in the paper.The findings of the re- search would contribute to the exceleration of consturcting a well-off community in the rural towns and villages of western Chins.更多还原
