【摘要】 目的:探讨隐形卡环在铸造支架可摘义齿中的临床应用效果。方法:选择121例临床牙列缺损的患者,采用铸造支架可摘义齿修复,对照组(72例)进行常规卡环设计,试验组(49例)前牙及双尖牙基牙采用隐形卡环设计。观察修复后1个月及6个月义齿的固位稳定性、美观性及基牙牙周健康指标。结果:戴用隐形卡环设计的铸造支架可摘义齿与传统铸造支架可摘义齿在固位稳定及基牙牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度等方面均无明显差异。结论:隐形卡环设计的铸造支架可摘义齿美观,固位稳定性好,对基牙牙周健康无不良影响,是一种良好的临床修复体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of concealed retainer in removable partial denture(RPD) and compare it with that of traditional RPD.Methods: Forty-nine units of RPD with concealed retainers and 72 units of traditional RPD were made respectively and followed up.Retention,stability,and indices of periodontal health of the abutment teeth were examined after 1 and 6 months.Results: Between two groups,no statistical differences were found in the retention,stability,the plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),probing depth(PD),teeth mobility and alveolar bone height of the abutment teeth.Conclusion: RPD with concealed retainers was a prosthesis of clinical value.更多还原
