【摘要】 研制了一种基于智能控制的新型跌落式落球试验机,主要由减速机、斗式提升机、数字计时计数器、智能控制器及其它辅助装置组成。它与同类型装置相比,具有结构简单、测试数据准确性好、可靠性高和操作方便等优点。实践结果表明,应用该机可高效精确地完成磨球抗破碎和抗冲击磨损性能的测试,具有一定的推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type drop type falling-ball impact test machine based on the intelligent control is developed. It mainly includes slowdown machine, bucker lift machine, digital counter/timer, intelligent controller and other assistance device. Compare with the same type device, it has the advantages of simple structure, test data accuracy is high, credibility is high and easy operation. The research results show that using this machine may highly effective and precisely complete the anti- broken and anti- impact attrition performance test of grinding ball, and it has the certain promotion application value.更多还原
