【Abstract】 Weight difference method was established to determine cellulase hydrolysis rate by using sand core crucible as a reactor.In comparison with the method of reducing sugar the cellulase hydrolysis rate by weight difference method was increased overall.Additionally,weight difference method can avoid the phenomena of lower hydrolysis rate,which was resulted from product complication by using revertose determining method.更多还原
