【Abstract】 English teachers often find inappropriate usages of linguistic and rhetorical paradigms specific to the native language of the students in their English writings.Their writings are awkward and unidiomatic,which relates to the organizational arrangement,the wording,the rhetorical properties of the native language,and mother tongue transfer as well.The similarities between languages merit our attention,but the differences command more of our attention.Great care is always unmistakably exercised in dealing with differences between languages,but little attention is given to similarities.Similarities are deceptive and frequently neglected in language learning.更多还原
