【Abstract】 In addition to degradation of most intracellular proteins,the ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS) is involved in muti-biological processes,including cell cycle,gene transcription and expression,intracellular signaling,apoptosis,antigen presenting,cell proliferation and inflammation.Recent studies demonstrate that the UPS is involved in the pathogenesis of cardiomyopathy,heart failure,ischemia-reperfusion injury,vascular restenosis and initiation and progression of atherosclerosis and so on.This review briefly summarizes recent studies on UPS and its pathophysiological role in cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
