【摘要】 目的了解广西农村学校突发公共卫生事件的隐患,探讨其改进策略。方法抽样调查广西20所城乡中小学,以问卷调查、深入访谈和观察等方式收集资料。结果学校领导较重视学校卫生工作,均制订了卫生管理制度并落实责任;但学校医疗卫生资源配置不足,食堂卫生管理存在较大问题,饮用水供应不足,学校领导和学生对突发公共卫生事件缺乏正确的态度、认识和行为。结论农村学校对突发公共卫生事件的应对能力较弱,在软、硬件方面皆存在较大隐患。应加强学校防疫卫生工作的指导和监督,完善学校医疗卫生资源的配置,并通过教育提高师生对突发公共卫生事件的防范意识和应对能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the hidden dangers of public health emergency in countryside schools in Guangxi,and to discuss its improvement strategy. Methods Twenty countryside elementary and middle schools in 5 countiescities were surveyed. Data was collected by questionnaires,in-depth interviews and observation. Results Most of the school leaders took serious consideration of school hygienic conditions and made health management regulation in practice. Many problems were found such as scarce health resource,poor cafeterias hygiene and insufficient drinking water supply. In addition,school leaders and students were poor in correct knowledge,attitudes and practice in case of facing public health emergency. Conclusion Countryside schools are weak in coping with public health emergency. There are severe hidden dangers in both software and hardware condition. It is necessary to strengthen the countryside school health work in guidance,supervision,supplying with more health resources and health education among teachers and students.更多还原
