【摘要】 目的了解北京市大学生婚前性知识、态度、行为现状,以便更好地对大学生开展健康教育。方法采用自填问卷形式,对北京市6所重点大学学生进行现况调查,获得有效样本416例。采用SPSS10.0进行统计分析。结果416名北京市大学生中,有30.39%的被调查者赞成婚前性行为,93.27%知道安全套避孕手段,10.33%表示对性传播疾病非常了解;男生的婚前性行为态度较女生开放。结论大学生对于婚前性行为的态度较为宽容和开放,但性知识尚欠缺。提示应加强大学生的性教育,使他们学会自我保护的措施和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the attitude towards premarital behavior and sex knowledge among undergraduates in Beijing, and to provide evidence for health education. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 6 key universities in Beijing, and 416 samples were valid. Data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0. Results Among 416 students, 30.39% agreed on the premarital sexual behavior, 93.27% knew condom could prevent from pregnancy, 10.33% had a good knowledge of STD. The male students had opener attitude toward premarital sexual behaviors than female students. Conclusion The attitudes towards premarital sexual behaviors among undergraduates are tolerant but most of the undergraduates have poor sex knowledge. School sexual education should be strengthened.更多还原
