【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图检测晚孕期脐带绕颈心律及脐动脉血流改变的临床价值。方法对孕28~37周孕妇进行常规产科超声检查,发现胎儿脐带绕颈的、且未见心脏结构明显异常的50例胎儿与随机选出孕龄及孕妇年龄接近的50名无脐带绕颈、未见胎儿心脏结构明显异常的孕妇进行对照。结果脐带绕颈的胎儿心律与对照组心律明显加快,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);脐带绕颈孕妇心律与对照组变化不大,差异无显著意义(P>0.05);脐带绕颈的脐动脉收缩期最大血流速度与舒张期血流速度比值(S/D)较对照组明显增高,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论晚孕期脐带绕颈胎儿的心律及脐动脉血流监测可作为围产儿的临床病情判断、估计预后的观察指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical practical value of cardiac rhythm and blood flow of arteria umbillicalis at fetal circulor of umbilical cord in late trimester of pregnancy with echocardiogram.Methods In the routine ultrasonagraph,50 pregnant women were found with fetal cord around neck without fetal heart structural abnormalities and other 50 normal pregnant woman with almost the same gestational age were involved as control in our hospital during June 2004 to April 2006.Results At fetal circulor of umbilical cord in late trimester of pregnancy,there was significant difference in fetal cardiac rhythm between 2 groups and the former was obviously quicker than the latter.There was no marked change in cardiac rhthm of pregnant women.There was significant difference in S/D blood flow of arteria umbillicalis and the former was higher than the latter.Conclusion The monitoring of cardiac rhythm and blood flow of arteria umbillicalis at fetal circulor of umbilical cord in late trimester of pregnancy is important in clinical practice as an observation index of fetus.It provides a good method to estimate prognosis and judge clinical pathogenetic condition.更多还原
